Tips on How to Effectively Prevent Weight Gain as You Quit Smoking

You deserve a big round of applause and congratulations because you decide to quit smoking! However, you are worried about the possible weight gain associated with quitting smoking. Given the right diversion and healthy practices there are ways to prevent gaining weight when you quit smoking. If you are suffering from nicotine withdrawal symptoms, you can just chew a nicotine chewing gum to alleviate any discomfort. You should also take exercise by walking, stretch, jog or any exercise at least twenty minutes a day to reduce weight.
