Goals are things you plan to achieve in your lifetime & in order to set goals for yourself but you must first know what it is you want to achieve then you need write them down. If you don’t have a clear vision of your written goals then you will become unfocused lost & confused so again you want to be direct as to what it is you plan to accomplish in your life. It amazes me sometimes how there are people living in today’s world w/o any direction as to what it is they want to out of life & if you think about it that can be a very scary situation. So setting goals is very important in life because it gives you direction on where your headed in the future.
SETTING APPROPIATE GOALS
Short Term Goals: Goals you plan on achieving soon or within a short period of time.
1. Reading A Book
2. Writing Out Your Schedule For The Next Day Or Week
3. Listening To A CD
Mid Term Goals: Goals you plan on achieving within a few days or weeks.
1. Working on a project
2. Going to the grocery store
3. Getting your hair done
4. Getting an oil change
